Tasting - Apothic Chard

My Review: When I hear the words California and Chardonnay together, I think OAK. However, this wine was not particularly oaky. I picked up delicious notes of apple and vanilla. The apple could be giving it a slight citrus taste. Overall, this was very tasty and I enjoyed pairing it with my mac and cheese.
